Catterick Cooking puts a 'lower-carb' spin on it's fare.
For baked goods and pastas, Ross primarily uses Keto Chef Ultra Low Carb Flour. This produces a significantly lower number on the glycaemic index. We use Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, sometimes with allulose and sometimes with erytrhitol.
The food tastes great with the added bonus of being lower carb and containing fewer calories in the sweet stuff.
Note: The goods from Catterick Cooking are NOT gluten free or no-carb/zero-calorie. There are 'nuts' in the facility (and not just the chef).
It is generally keto friendly, meaning it is high-fat, high-protein, low carb and low calorie.
